Compass Orientation of Hushville streets
Hi Gang,
I've looked at the BRC layout for this year vis-a-vis true north and Deepstar's map o' the village, and superpositioned the two and determined that Hushville's 2nd street and 4th street are almost exactly East-West. (Yep, I assumed the H'ville drawing is reasonably to scale.) Thus these streets can be approximately used as references for your shade-producing endeavors, typically with your most solid/tall shading wall/structures/vehicles towards the south. Or, if you're old-school like me, bring your compass for more accuracy; magnetic declination for BRC is about 13.5° East of true north. And, yeah, I'm sure there are a zillion apps that will show you directions with your phone.
