LAST CALL FOR NEW EVENTS PRE-PLAYA!
The Flash Cube has received great response so far and both the Hushville and Flash Cube Calendars have filled out nicely with some really fun happenings hosted by you all! There are still some slots available for you to host an event of your choice either at the Flash Cube, our new shaded event space, or within Hushville. Please contact me at events(at)hushville(dot)org no later than NOON tomorrow to sign up!
FLASH DRIVE FUNDRAISER
We will be conducting an on-playa Fundraiser to pay for our new shade structure at the Flash Cube – more details to follow in a separate post.
CALENDAR FREEZE
Departure is drawing near and we are making final preparations and will see you all soon!
A Calendar FREEZE will be placed allow for printing. Please contact me with any adds/changes no later than tomorrow, Friday August 16 at NOON Pacific. Additional events can be added manually on playa.
VIRTUAL CALENDAR – NO PRINTED HANDOUTS!
In order to simplify things this year and create less MOOP, the Flash Cube and Hushville EVENTS Calendars will be posted on the Hushville Bulletin Board at the Town Round. Feel free to snap a photo with your phone so you can have ALL the INFO handy and with you at all times!
